Nigel Hill
Chief Executive Officer
Nigel commenced in the role of CEO at Multicap Tasmania in 2016, and has overall responsibility for implementing the strategic plan and ensuring Multicap Tasmania remains viable and effective in the NDIS.
He brings a strong a background in transforming organisations, strategic planning and operational management.
Shirralea Holman
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Shirralea is responsible for our Finance, ICT, Risk and Property Functions.
Shirralea is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) with over 20 years of corporate finance and business experience, from a diverse range of industries including NDIS and Aged Care.
Shirralea believes that it is important to have quality internal controls and solid systems in place, however a strong positive culture and a little bit of fun at work is just as important.
Shirralea joined Multicap Tasmania in July 2023.
Natalie Mayes
Executive Manager
People and Culture
Natalie brings with her a wealth of experience and a deep passion for positively impacting people's lives.
With a degree in Industrial Relations, Natalie has a broad range of experiences in her work as a 2IC, overseeing Operations, Finance, People and Culture, and Quality Compliance. Her leadership style is deeply values-driven, characterised by a people-centric approach.
Natalie possesses a rich skill set, including expertise in organisational development, transformational change management, and strategic operations & governance. With 25 years of experience leading people, she has honed her abilities in the disability sector, both as a director and a senior executive.
What truly sets Natalie apart is her profound commitment to adding value and helping others lead meaningful lives of quality, focusing on both health and purpose. Her ultimate goal is to leave a lasting legacy by making a positive and significant difference in the lives of individuals and communities, whether as an individual or through her contributions to organizations and communities at large.
Natalie joined Multicap Tasmania in October 2023.
Donna Crompton

Donna has worked in the disability sector for the past 12 years.
Donna’s work passion is creating services that promote quality-driven and inclusive services which further the independence of people with disabilities within their local communities.
She is really excited to be working at Multicap Tasmania and learning new ways of working to support our services.
Cassandra Smith
Executive Manager
Operations (Acting)
Cassandra joins us as Acting Executive Manager of Operations for the next 3 months.
With a wealth of experience, we look forward to seeing Cassandra Smith in this position.
She will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the quality of our service delivery and leading and developing Multicap Tasmania Service Managers, Team Leaders and Support Workers.
